About her : Aasiya is 18 years old. She is class 8th pass. Her father is a farmer with an income of only Rs 6000/- a month. Her father is not able to support her higher education so she approached the National Institute for Technical Trainings (NITT) to do the Hand Embroidery course with the motive of helping her father in running the family as well as to continue her higher studies. After completing the course she was placed as a Hand Embroidery worker at Asal Weavers in Rainawari. She is drawing a salary of over Rs 4000/-.Her positive approach and her dedication during the course and placement process has been instrumental in her getting this job. This has helped transform her family as well as she is very happy and satisfied with her training imparted by National Institute For Technical Trainings (NITT).
